Heat+Chemistry is a division of Modartzy Designs. The name came about after my husband, who joined me at an art show, said he overheard me use that phrase over & over again when explaining my technique to potential customers. It stuck & became part of my tagline for branding merchandise. Now it will also stand on its own to brand anything under the home accents & jewelry lines.

As with my art prints, all images used are taken from my original paintings photographed by me. The images for the pillow line are printed onto fabric, cut & hand sewn by my supplier. At this time, I am only selling the pillow inventory that I have in stock, which you can view below. Under the home accents line I also worked with a client to incorporate a large aluminum printed image into her new kitchen backsplash. This project used my interior design skills in combination with my art to attain a custom look. Here is the finished result!

The jewelry is “mini” paintings all done by hand either directly on wood or yupo paper that is die cut. Each piece is varnished or waxed for protection but should NOT be submerged in water. They truly are a labor of love since one piece can take several days & many steps to produce. There will never be any 2 alike!

Occasionally, I have t-shirts printed but I am currently focusing on the jewelry for now. Oh & of course more originals so I have a steady stream of fresh images to work with. Check back often, as my images are ever evolving.
