Art That Moves People: A Collector’s Touching Note on My First Oil Painting Sale

Warm & Fuzzy feels so good.  I recently received this note from a woman who purchased my very first oil painting! I questioned whether to include it in my exhibit but through some familial encouragement I went ahead with it.  Well, let’s just say it was the right decision, not only did it become the first sale of the exhibit it also was responsible for this incredibly thoughtful note.  As she was writing this I would guess she didn’t fully recognize the impact this would have on me.  I always feel so thankful for my customers and followers so to receive these kind words reminds me that art moves people.  We can all make a difference in someone’s day by these gestures that often don’t come to fruition solely due to a busy life.  Make the moment happen, we all need some warm & fuzzy in our lives.
